This is a self-paced eLearning course designed to give you an overall theoretical understanding of the Agile approach to software development. Through this course, you will understand the fundamental philosophy of Agile and the motivation of this trend in software development. You will also understand why the Agile Mindset is essential to the success of an Agile adoption in an organisation. In addition to learning the core Agile practices, you will also get an understanding of how a variety of Agile methods work including key elements of Scrum, eXtreme Programming (XP) and Kanban. Complete your course knowing what the typical roles in an Agile team are and the importance of effective communication and close collaboration among team members to deliver value to the customer.
